Ken T. Lin, MA, BA,
Associate / Asia Director

Ken Lin began his career with PJ/AR in August 1997. His fluency in three different Chinese dialogues, his knowledge of Asian culture and his connections within Asian society has benefited us on numerous projects in Greater Asia. He is responsible for projects from conception to completion, including extensive client contact, design and presentations on a variety of projects. His Asian projects include the AIG Office Towers (competition) in Hong Kong, China; Chong-Ming Master plan in Shanghai, China; Central China Television Center (competition) in Beijing, China; Mr. Ni's Luxury Apartment Tower in Pu-dong, Shanghai, China; Guang-zhou Opera House (competition) in Guang zhou, China and McKinley Center in Manila, Philippines.

Other overseas projects include CBX Tower at La Defense (competition) in Paris, France; Rotterdam Office Tower in Rotterdam, Holland (expected completion date in 2004); Chavasse Park Retail in Liverpool, UK (expected completion date in 2006) and Mr. Fanni's Residence in Turks and Caicos Islands.

Projects within the Unite States include Texas A&M University-School of Architecture in College Point, Texas; 9/11 Memorial in New Canaan, CT. The Houses at Sagaponac in Long Island, NY (expected completion date in 2004) and the Mr. Gallipoli Residence in New Canaan, CT. (expected completion date in 2003).

Prior to joining the firm, Ken was a member of the design team at The Architects Perspecta Inc. in Boston, where he was lead designer for a Hotel on the River OB in Nizhnevartovsk, Russia, a 40 square meter pyramid with 50 luxury rooms facing the River OB (completed summer 1997).
