Peter Paul Liesandt R.A., AIA, NCARB
Senior Project Architect

Rejoining PJAR in 2001 Peter Liesandt has worked for Mr. Philip Johnson from 1985 to 1991, and on joint venture projects from 1993 to 1995. During this time he specialized in curtain wall construction.

As a senior project architect his completed projects include 500 Boylston Street in Boston; Museum of Broadcasting in New York; Atlantic Center in Atlanta; Franklin Square in Washington D.C.; One Detroit Center in Detroit; Puerta de Europa in Madrid; Capital Holding Center in Louisville and Takashimaya in New York.

His joint verture curtain wall projects include the Trump Hotel in Columbus Circle, New York and four buildings in the Trump Riverside South project. Prior to joining PJAR again Peter was project manager for the Bally Total Fitness Sport Club and The BMW showroom, both in New York, and the MCI World Com facilitles in Canada and the U.S.A.

Currently Peter is involved in a high rise office tower in Rotterdam. and a unique private residence in New Canaan, CT which will augment the Weiley Residence Mr. Johnson did in 1954. His strengths are in taking projects from the design development stage into the construction document stage, and coordinating with the structural, mechanical and construction consultants; followed by the construction administration phase.
